Get a microwave able Container

1Kg Of Cut up Chicken to make about 10 pieces  not too small

Condiment Salt  3 Teaspoons

Onions  1 Large onion Golf Ball size or two ping pong table tennis size

Pepper   two table spoons

Crayfish  Grounded or Not Grounded  10 Table spoons of Grounded or 20Tablespoons of Ungrounded

Teaspoon of Banga Oil

4 Table spoons of Oil We used Olive Oil

Other Preferred Seasoning

Curry 1 teaspoon

Turmeric  1 Teaspoon

Thyme   1 teaspoon

Mix all The Condiments inside the Container  with the 3 Table spoons of Oil as Boiling Base and half a Litre of water

use half of the Onions & pepper and half of the Crayfish

Soak The Chicken  inside the container to almost 90 percent immersed so some parts will turn Brown at The Top if you like it that way

Put on Highest power for 9minutes

Wait 3 Minutes  after then open to Look

Do not Turn the Chicken Leave as is

Add the rest of the Onions and Pepper so it can absorb into the now tender chicken Chicken

Put in Microwave on High power for another 9 minutes

Drain all the Chicken Stock liquid to 1/4 of the Container that is about 25percent .  You can use for Boiling Rice or Chicken Pepper soup or you can use later to tenderize chicken and give more flavour

Turn chicken in Bowl so whiter parts face up

Add The Rest of The Crayfish  to The Top of The Chicken that you can see  then add  One teaspoon of Oil on top the Crayfish

Microwave for 3 Minutes on Mid power

If you still have onion Add Shredded Onions 1 table spoon

Add The Left Over Stock from before  add i teaspoon of Salt

let stand for 3 minutes then microwave for  9 minutes  on high power  until its as brown as you like

Add 1 Teaspoon of Red Banga Oil

Let stand for 5 Minutes in Oven Still  Covered

Serve with Rice Noodles or Spaghtti or you favorite Swallow
